Exclusive apartment with private pool in a historic Mallorcan estate

Set within the most prestigious residential complex adjacent to Son Vida, this exceptional property forms part of the meticulous restoration of a historic Mallorcan possessió. The development comprises just 14 unique residences, blending the timeless character of the original estate with contemporary luxury and refined design. The stylish apartment features a bright living and dining area as well as an open-plan designer kitchen with a central island. Above the kitchen, an elegant mezzanine offers versatile usage options. From the living area, there is direct access to the sunny west-facing terraces, which provide ideal conditions for relaxing moments outdoors. The natural stone façade highlights the Mediterranean character of the property and lends it a timeless, high-quality appeal. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the layout. Each home is distinct and thoughtfully adapted to the estate’s original architecture. The renovation was carried out using only the finest materials: natural stone, oak wood, handcrafted ironwork, and traditional lime and mortar finishes. Original architectural elements have been carefully preserved and restored to maintain their historical authenticity. A highlight of this residence is the access to the complex’s exclusive shared amenities: an outdoor pool, a spa with indoor pool and sauna, all surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens featuring native plant species.
