It will be necessary to prove that the stay responds to a duly justified temporary need, including, among others:

  • Relocation for work reasons (temporary contract, company relocation letter, or professional project).
  • Studies (master’s degree, postgraduate studies, or specialization courses).
  • Other provable temporary reasons, such as major renovations to the primary residence or prolonged medical treatments.

Likewise, the tenant must demonstrate sufficient financial solvency and have a primary residence elsewhere, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Financial conditions:

  • Statutory security deposit: 2 months.
  • Supporting documentation will be requested both for the reason for temporariness and for financial solvency before the contract is formalized.
