Just outside the property’s garden, you will find livestock trails and pleasant walking and hiking routes leading towards La Pedriza or Navacerrada. All of this without sacrificing excellent connectivity, as the house is located in the Montes Claros residential area, next to the M-608 road, just a short distance from Cerceda and around 50 km from Madrid. This area belongs to the municipality of Cerceda/El Boalo, situated at the foot of the southern slopes of the Sierra de Guadarrama, with nearby peaks such as Peña Blanca and La Maliciosa. El Boalo is also partially included within the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Regional Park. Within the residential area itself, there is the Montesclaros charter school. In Cerceda, there are two additional schools, one private and one public. In terms of transport, the area is well connected via the M-607 and M-608 roads. It is served by several regular bus lines connecting its three population centres with Madrid (Moncloa and Plaza de Castilla transport hubs) as well as with nearby towns (lines 672, 672A, 720, 724, 876, and the night line 603).
