Located directly opposite the Brissago Islands, you can enjoy panoramic views of the lake and mountains from Ascona to Italy. The main entrance to the house can be reached either by lift or via the external staircase. A bedroom with its own terrace and a separate bathroom with shower/WC are located on the first floor. Continue by lift to the 2nd or 3rd floor. If you prefer to walk, an illuminated staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there is another bedroom with access to a separate terrace. The master bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool tub, a sensory shower with light therapy and a shower toilet. The light-flooded dining and living area is located on the top floor with access to the Mediterranean garden. With an open kitchen and separate wine cooler, no wishes are left unfulfilled. Preparations for solar power/heating have also already been made. A separate laundry tower is located in the guest WC on the top floor. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large, partially covered terrace with a view of Brissago Island. The beautiful outdoor area surrounding the house offers plenty of space for meals with family and friends. Preparations for e-mobility in the car park have also already been made. You can purchase this exclusive villetta as your primary or secondary residence.
