The property is very easy to reach via small asphalt roads, making access straightforward even without off-road vehicles. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent connection to the MA-15 motorway (without being able to see or hear it), so Palma’s city centre is only a 25-minute drive away and the airport can be reached in about 20 minutes. Porreres, 2 km away, offers a variety of shops as well as bars and fine restaurants. Several schools and kindergartens are also located in the town. The house’s location is also an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours.
