The small fishing port of Can Barbara, part of the El Terreno district, is located at the end of the Paseo Maritimo and has a direct connection to the port of Palma. Here you can see the small fishing boats called Llaüts, typical of Mallorca, moored on the wooden jetties. Accessible via Avenida Joan Miro, there are several restaurants and bars here, which are also popular with the yacht owners of the Club de Mar. The former private park Jardines de Natzaret is a small section of unusual natural beauty that borders directly on the harbour of Can Barbara. At the time known as the "Hort de Terreno" finca and built and laid out in 1784, the property was the first development on the stretch of coastline there and is considered the nucleus of the later El Terreno neighbourhood. In the immediate vicinity is the Porto Pi shopping centre, bars and restaurants, bus connections and quick access to the motorway via the Paseo Maritimo
