It will have a total of 40 three- and four-bedroom units, with total areas between 151m2 and 331m2, and all will include a barbecue grill. In addition to its gardens, the amenities list includes heated indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, sauna, clubhouse, and a lounge area with a fire pit.

ZIEL’s 03 units have 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), 2 bathrooms + powder room, and an approximate total area of 220m2. All rooms face one of the building’s interior gardens, and the living room in turn opens onto a 25m2 terrace overlooking Benito Blanco (see attached plans).
