The location is very good, Lestedo is only 10 km from the city of Santiago de Compostela. From Lestedo you can walk to the Pico Sacro, from where the whole valley of the Ulla and Santiago de Compostela are divided. This is one of the best known mountains in Galicia. Its attraction lies in its pointed shape, its peculiar morphology and its almost 600 metres in height. This peak also marks the last stage of the Silver Route to Santiago and is the first place from which you can see the towers of the Cathedral of Compostela (it could be compared to Monte do Gozo on the French Way).
