The house is located in the Cerro de Alarcón residential area, and although the property has a Navalagamella postal code, the access and most of the residential area belong to Valdemorillo. This municipality is near Villanueva de la Cañada and El Escorial and only 43 km from Madrid. The natural environment is privileged, as Navalagamella is part of the Natura 2000 Network and Valdemorillo is included in the Regional Park of the middle course of the Guadarrama River. Additionally, Valdemorillo is part of the Imperial Route of the Community of Madrid. This latter municipality has a large residential area distributed across 12 housing estates, among which is Cerro de Alarcón, located in a mountainous landscape with a reservoir and predominant nature. The road communications are excellent, with access via the M‑853 towards Villanueva de la Cañada and Majadahonda, via the M‑600 towards El Escorial and Navalcarnero, and via the M‑510, which connects Galapagar with Chapinería. Regarding public transport, Valdemorillo has several intercity bus lines. The most relevant for this area are line 641, which connects Valdemorillo with Madrid (Moncloa) passing through Villanueva de la Cañada and Majadahonda; line 630, which links Valdemorillo with Collado Villalba; and line 669, which connects with San Lorenzo de El Escorial and Villanueva de la Cañada.
