This floor also features a private garden that enhances the excellent solar exposure of the property, a balcony, and a guest WC.
On floor 1, we find a suite with access to a private balcony, 2 bedrooms, and a guest WC. This floor has two balconies. Excellent quality finishes, natural oak wood flooring in the private areas, underfloor heating, and an alarm system.
An excellent investment opportunity for those who wish to live in a prestigious area, ensuring an excellent quality of life.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
We highlight its location, in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, known as Foco or Graham, the Boavista Residential Complex, built between 1962 and 1973, designed by architect Agostinho Ricca. It occupied the land where the Boavista Spinning and Weaving Factory of the firm William & John Graham & Co. was previously located, also known as English-made - although its owners were originally Scottish. Established in 1889, on a 10-hectare plot on Boavista Avenue, it was the most important spinning, weaving, and dyeing factory in the country, employing up to fifteen hundred workers in 1928.

Living in Foco is synonymous with quality of life, close to schools, shopping centers, health services, public transport and the main access routes to the city.
Located in the western part of the city, Foco is in the parish of Ramalde, one of Porto's most dynamic and valued areas. This residential neighborhood stands out for its exemplary urban planning, the result of the conversion of the former Fábrica de Fiação e Tecidos da Boavista in the 1960s, giving rise to the well-known Parque Residencial da Boavista.
Designed by the architect Agostinho Ricca, Foco has become a landmark of modern architecture in the city, with an urban organization centred on the well-being of residents: pedestrian zones, green spaces, car circulation separated from housing areas, and a quiet and functional neighbourhood experience.
Strategically located between Avenida da Boavista and the Via de Cintura Interna (VCI), this area offers excellent access and transport, close proximity to schools, health centers, local shops and major cultural facilities such as Casa da Música. The presence of modern services and infrastructures, combined with the quiet, family atmosphere, make Ramalde - and particularly Foco - one of the most desirable areas to live in Porto.
