"Sa Capella" Temporary rental from January to April in Santa Margalida

Nature, privacy and comfort to enjoy the authentic Mallorcan winter.

Located in Santa Margalida, in the northeast of Mallorca and just 45 km from Palma, the property enjoys a privileged location that allows you to enjoy the privacy of the Mallorcan countryside without giving up proximity to the town center, which can be easily reached on foot to discover its shops, cafés and its authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

Spread over two floors, the villa has three spacious bedrooms—two with a double bed and one with two single beds, all equipped with a television—and three bathrooms, as well as generous living areas designed to offer maximum comfort.

One of the property’s main attractions is its spectacular private, fully fenced plot, a true oasis where nature takes center stage. The garden is home to around 1,000 carefully cultivated plants, including orange trees, lemon trees, banana plants and other Mediterranean and exotic species whose fruit can be picked straight from the tree. In addition, 20 free-range hens provide fresh eggs daily, offering an authentic experience that is especially appealing for families with children.

Inside, the home combines spaciousness and warmth thanks to its cozy living rooms with fireplace, air conditioning, television and wood finishes. The main kitchen is fully equipped and is complemented by a second independent kitchen located in the annex building, providing great functionality. The property also features high-speed WiFi with access to streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+, ensuring all the comforts for a comfortable stay.
