Engel & Völkers presents "Finca La Sabina", which is located in the municipality of Buenavista del Norte, in the foothills of the Teno Rural Park, bordering the bird and ecosystem protection area. It covers an area of approximately 3.7 hectares and is dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. The property is located 1.9 km from the town center, 5 minutes by car. The area, of absolute tranquility, is suitable for the practice of bird watching and native vegetation, hiking, swimming and golf. The Finca is accessed by an asphalted agricultural road that connects to the farms in the area, without being a passageway to other destinations. It flourishes a village that has managed to preserve traditions such as the bone, wood, cane and straw crafts. The irregular and capricious soil of this municipality in Tenerife offers endless opportunities to enjoy nature and hiking.
