Sá da Bandeira New Development

Project comprising 3 new one-bedroom apartments, with and without balconies, in the Sá da Bandeira 502 building in downtown Porto. The apartments have multi-layer wooden floors with an oak finish, and a fitted kitchen with modern finishes. This is a refurbishment project for a building dating back to the late 1930s, originally designed by the renowned modernist architect José Porto, the same author of the emblematic Emporium Building in the city of Porto. This refurbishment, designed by the award-winning Pedro Ferreira Architecture Studio, aims to maintain the traditional Portuguese architectural features, both on the exterior façade and inside, such as the main staircase and its large windows, recovering the refinement of the existing spaces and introducing all the current functionalities, in order to guarantee modernity and comfort.
