Atlantic Villas

Atlantic Villas is being developed in Foz de Gaia, a residential complex comprising eight villas – seven four-bedroom properties and one five-bedroom property – with floor areas ranging from 409 m² to 505 m², set on plots ranging from 406 m² to 624 m², right on the seafront. The project combines functional layout with integration into the landscape, maximising natural light and offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, the River Douro and the city of Porto. Each villa features an infinity pool, a garden and balconies, extending the interior spaces and allowing for a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors, with direct access to the beach. On the ground floor, the living area flows seamlessly, combining the living, dining and TV rooms, with a direct connection to the kitchen, and also incorporating a suite. The upper floor is dedicated to the private area, with three or four suites and an additional room adaptable as an office or reading room. The basement houses the garage and utility area, ensuring support for the running of the property. Atlantic Villas establishes a direct relationship between the built space and the maritime surroundings, through a layout that prioritises spaciousness, natural light and spatial continuity.
