The housing project seeks to satisfy the interests of the owners as much as possible, both in terms of the functional program and the orientation of the project, always taking into account the current regulations. The planned construction comprises a single building intended for private residential use. The building has a rectangular shape formed by an upper volume that soars about 3.00 meters above the lower volume, creating a large porch on the lower floor, where the terrace and the pool are located. The building is located on the highest part of the plot, to be able to enjoy the views and facilitate access. Pedestrian access is via the upper part of the plot, and vehicle access via the lower part. From the ramp you can access the parking lot, for 2 vehicles, located in the basement of the house.
This detached single-family home has been designed so that the building is as suitable as possible to the needs of the owners. However, all the requirements and parameters established by current regulations have been respected.
