They are also responsible for designing and delivering training programs, directly overseeing the onboarding process of new team members to ensure a smooth and effective integration. Through personalized coaching activities, the Area Manager continuously monitors agents’ performance, providing targeted support for skills development. The role is further enriched by the creation of training materials — such as manuals, presentations, and case studies — aimed at strengthening the team’s expertise and supporting ongoing professional growth.
