Experience the authentic centre of Anacapri in a private courtyard

In the centre of Anacapri, in the historic core of the first houses in the centre, and in fact adjacent to Piazza Caprile, here is a portion of a two-storey house. The entrance overlooks a shared driveway with a neighbouring building, but the silence and excellent exposure to the sun make the location a very attractive one. With its own small garden, the house is developed as follows: living room with fireplace, second living room which could be a double bedroom, kitchenette; a convenient staircase leads to the mezzanine where we find the first bathroom and a small single bedroom with small terrace and laundry room. On the upper floor we find the double bedroom with fireplace and the second bathroom: from here there is access to the roof, which is a panoramic solar slab from which one can see Mount Solaro, the hills, and a glimpse of the sea. The southern exposure is excellent, allowing dining out even in winter. All the shops and services of Anacapri, as well as bars and restaurants, are just outside the door. The bus stop a few steps away allows you to get off either at the Faro and its lidos or at Capri centre or the port.
