“Palazzo Cacciani” is ready to write a new chapter
“Palazzo Cacciani” is a prestigious 7-storey property in the heart of Frascati (approx. 2,250 sq m) and, for over 100 years, has been synonymous with tradition, quality and excellence. The building, in excellent condition, houses a restaurant with a panoramic terrace overlooking Frascati, Rome and the Lazio coastline, a three-star hotel, and a private event space (“Rubino” and “Antica Pergola” halls), each with its own street number.
The “Rubino” and “Antica Pergola” halls stand out for their refined contemporary design, enhanced by large, full-height windows. Extending over approximately 700 sq m on floors S1 and S2, they have an independent entrance and are ideal venues for conferences, events and banquets for up to 250 people, with an industrial kitchen, restrooms, office areas, ancillary spaces, various technical rooms and a garage for approximately 9 cars. The Rubino Hall is authorised for the celebration of civil ceremonies and provides access to the centuries-old “Grotto”, which tells the millennia-old story of Frascati wine.
The Cacciani Hotel, on floors 3–4–5–6, comprises 24 three-star rooms and two elegant private apartments, with dual intended use: hospitality and high-end residential. The rooms are elegant and equipped with every comfort; some feature a large panoramic balcony overlooking Rome. Some accommodations are located in a period apartment, while others offer the comfort and functionality needed to combine private life and work. The hotel has two loading and unloading spaces and a private garage for approximately 6 cars. The hotel’s operations are currently integrated with those of the adjacent restaurant, while the two entrances allow the businesses to be configured as independent entities. The Cacciani Restaurant (approx. 300 sq m), operating for over 100 years, is one of Lazio’s most iconic and renowned venues. It is distinguished by its panoramic terrace of approximately 110 sq m, enhanced by large full-height glass surfaces that create continuity with the interiors and offer a view of rare beauty. The dining room seats approximately 200 guests (110 indoors and 90 on the terrace) and is complemented by a modern open kitchen of approximately 80 sq m. At the entrance is “La Vineria”, a space of approximately 35 sq m designed as a café and “neighbourhood shop”, allowing the sale of various products to the public. Thanks to direct access from street level, the restaurant can operate entirely independently or be connected to the other floors via the stairs or a hydraulic lift.
