30 years of experience in leadership, personnel management, service provider relations, Sales & Marketing in the “Corporate and MICE” segments in the world of Travel. 

Led VAM srl, from a small agency in the 1980s to the first Business Travel reality in the Province of Varese in the 20-year period 1990/2010, with 25 employees.

In the 10 years of Board Lufthansa City Center in which I also held the role of President and Vice President, in collaboration with the other members of the Board, thanks to the strength, enthusiasm and motivation of our Working Team, LCC achieved goals that were unimaginable until a few years before, ranking fourth among B.T. realities in Italy.

From 2010 to 2024 Corporate Manager at Gattinoni Travel Network and ATPI contact person for Global contracts.

In the last 10 years I have followed the evolution of the prestigious Engel & Voelkers brand in Italy and, as a connoisseur of the German franchise system due to my previous long experience with Lufthansa City Center, I have been increasingly attracted to it until I decided to become a licensee for the whole Salento territory, moving from the deep North to the southernmost point of our peninsula. Obviously, with great satisfaction!
