The Team Assistant is a support figure for the entire shop team. She provides commercial and administrative support, attends meetings and takes minutes.

S/he will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. S/he manages the operational and organisational activities of the office, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome to customers.

He/she handles accounting and administrative tasks, logins and logouts for agents and supports their office activities with a view to simplifying and solving problems.

He/she will assist the team in the production of sales materials for the search and promotion of properties, helping to maintain an efficient and well-structured workflow.

In consultation with the Office Manager, he/she will take care of marketing planning, events and meetings.
