- ~11,545 m² Plot surface
Description
Engel & Volkers Bergamo is pleased to offer a unique opportunity in Scanzorosciate for true connoisseurs of the highest quality wine: it is a plot of land in a commanding position on the Monte Bastia hill planted with organic native vines in the most prestigious area of the Scanzorosciate DOCG, considered the pinnacle of quality for Moscato.
The land enjoys a privileged position, partly flat and partly gently sloping to ensure the perfect ripening of the grapes; planted in 2009 following the innovative "French style" concept, today it is at the peak of its production with about 3,300 Moscato di Scanzo vines arranged in 54 rows.
The work is carried out strictly by hand, but the design of the system also allows for mechanical management.
The property is served by electricity and drinking water pipelines.
The vineyard system is part of a larger plot of land, about 11,500 square meters, which also has a building capacity of about 150 square meters for the construction of a cellar to serve the production activity, in addition to a small quota of above-ground volume for residential purposes.
We remain available for on-site visits.
