22 hectares farm with vineyard in Nizza Monferrato

The winery, with over 50 years of history, is located in a dominant position on one of the best plots of land on the hills of the prestigious Nizza Monferrato, recognised in 2014 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Only 2.5 km from the historical centre, it has a highly strategic position for easily reaching the main motorway junctions. Endowed with spectacular views, the property has about 22 ha of medium-altitude land in a SINGLE BODY, which 14 ha are planted with vines (by the beginning of 2024 they will be 16 ha), all characterised by a gentle slope, with excellent West/South-West exposure. The remaining land, divided between arable land, crops and forest, is fully convertible to vineyards. The buildings are divided into manor house, cellar, porches, warehouse and barns, which can be converted and renovated thanks to the new PSR, which grants funds for the restructuring of farms. The company's long history made the possibility to choose the right grape variety for the right area, so as to obtain the purest expression of terroir, capturing the true spirit of the heart of Monferrato: NIZZA DOCG, BARBERA D'ASTI DOCG, PIEMONTE DOC, BARBERA, PIEMONTE DOC CORTESE, MOSCATO D'ASTI DOCG, ASTI SECCO DOCG, CHARDONNAY, BRACHETTO, BARBERA (by June 2023), ASTI DOCG (by October 2023). The winery has a capacity of over 2000 hl, with 15 cement tanks, and is equipped to vinify both red and white dry wines. Sweet grapes are currently sold to wineries that make sparkling wine for multinationals. Possibility of accompaniment for the start-up of the business.
