We open the security door turning our gaze to the view of the Zattere. The tourist flow echoes far away, despite the fact that we are a few steps from the Fondamenta among the most prized for Venetian sunsets. The step makes the apartment water-free other. The ceiling beams chase each other through the living area, meeting above the original fireplace, which communicates its warm welcome. The kitchenette is windowed and congenial: sink, dishwasher, induction cooktop with its associated cookware and microwave ensure the success of most recipes. The adjacent door leads us to the master bedroom, with a double bed with pull-out drawer and modern lighting, already equipped with bedding, chest, hangers and storage. The double-glazing we find on every window in the apartment offers us surprising quiet. We step out of the French window near the fireplace and onto the small private courtyard, already equipped with a small iron table and four matching folding chairs-the privacy is total on all sides. Here a closet with sliding doors protects the washing machine from the elements. We return and head back to the entrance: to the left we find a small bedroom with a single bed. To the right, on the other hand, we find the full bathroom with towel warmer. The apartment has independent heating, air conditioning and an air recirculation system automated. The apartment will be available from november until april.
