This charming apartment on the raised ground floor stands out for its refined design details and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering, we are greeted by a spacious open-plan area that combines elegance and functionality.
On the left is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining. On the right is the living area, featuring a large comfortable sofa and illuminated by an elegant Rezzonico chandelier, which adds a touch of Venetian tradition.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom is accessed from the living area and is furnished with a queen-size bed and has access to a small outdoor space. The en-suite bathroom is decorated with unique mosaics and has a large rain shower.
The second bedroom is located just beyond the kitchen and is furnished with a double bed and another ensuite bathroom, also finished with original mosaics.
Located just a five-minute walk from the station and next to a park, the apartment offers an oasis of tranquillity in Venice, away from the tourist crowds but perfectly connected to the mainland and the rest of the city.
The Cannaregio district is the second largest in Venice after Castello and is the most populated. In this district, there is the Ghetto of Venice, which can be reached on foot by crossing the Ponte delle Guglie and along the Strada Nova, the main artery of the whole that leads from the Santa Lucia station to Rialto. This journey of about 25 minutes begins at the foot of the Scalzi Bridge and the church of Santa Maria degli Scalzi and ends in Campo dei Santi Apostoli.
The apartment is located in the Cannaregio district, a few minutes from the "Guglie" vaporetto stop and very close to the characteristic Jewish quarter. In about 10 minutes you can reach the train station and Piazzale Roma, a fundamental interchange point between the island of Venice and the mainland.
