We are near Santa Marta, in the ever-lively residential area of the Dorsoduro district, very close to Piazzale Roma.

The entrance is through the ground-floor door. The building has a staircase and a lift, and we go up to the second floor, to the door of our apartment. As soon as we enter, we realise how generously sized the property is. Turning left, we enter a first dining room, where there is a table with a bench, perfect for breakfast. The kitchenette is typically Venetian: compact, glass-enclosed and fitted with a door to separate the rooms when preparing Sunday lunches. From the entrance, we continue straight ahead into the living room: the Venetian layout accompanies us at every step. It features a conversation area with a sofa and two armchairs, an imposing carved dining table and two terraces offering two different views. We find the sleeping area by entering the corridor beyond the only door leading from the entrance to the right: on the left is the bathroom with shower and washing machine; on the right, a first double bedroom with another terrace. The corridor leads to another bedroom, also generously sized, with a glass-enclosed en-suite bathroom. Finally, the corridor is closed off by one last door: it is almost a self-contained apartment, perfect for a child’s bedroom or staff accommodation.

The bedroom is smaller than the previous ones, has an en-suite bathroom and shares access to the terrace seen from the first bedroom. Available immediately for transitional leases.
