Elegant and comfortable apartment

We get off the vaporetto and walk towards the area of the famous Venice Film Festival to visit our apartment. The location is certainly enviable: the Lido’s most renowned beaches are just a few steps away and, to reach the city centre, it is enough to follow the waterway running alongside Via Lepanto.

The building dates back to the Art Nouveau period, a style that contributed to the island’s development in the last century, both economically and architecturally.

We go up to the first floor and enter our property, laid out in a compact and functional manner, within a space that connects all the rooms of the apartment. It comprises two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There is also a functional bathroom and, in another room, a spacious shower with an adjoining laundry area.

As soon as we enter, the apartment’s beautiful natural brightness is immediately noticeable, framed on one side by extensive green spaces and on the other by the charming canal along Via Lepanto.

In conclusion, this is certainly a suitable solution for those who work in Venice and want convenient access to the vaporettos, for those staying for work purposes, and for students studying in the Venice area.
