Bright and central flat with terrace

In the heart of Lido di Venezia, a few steps away from the main services and Piazzale S.M. Elisabetta, we reach our flat located on the third floor. Entering the front door, the natural brightness that radiates the house already in the mid-morning hours is surprising. We visit in succession the living area, spacious and with a small terrace, the kitchen, also with a small terrace, divided from the living area by a sliding door. We appreciate this solution, which allows both privacy and the possibility of transforming the living/kitchen area into a large open space to spend convivial moments with loved ones and guests. Continuing to the right, we take the corridor that leads to the sleeping area, which is well divided: here we find the three bedrooms, two of which are larger and the third that can be well used as a private study. The two bathrooms are certainly a convenience, especially for larger families. The three small terraces that we caught a glimpse of while visiting the interior are delightful: we step outside and they seem ideal for quiet moments in the open air, sipping a drink or simply sunbathing. Overall, this is a very attractive proposal that the excellent exposure embellishes by making every room airy and pleasant. Last but not least, the central location is not to be overlooked, a stone's throw from the vaporetti and 5 minutes from the renowned beaches, to fully experience all the beauty and charm of the Lido di Venezia, with shops, restaurants and every convenience within easy reach.
