Lido Charm – Your Private Paradise with a View

We take the pleasure of a stroll through the streets of Lido to our modern property, an exclusive solution in a privileged position. We enter through the separate entrance and are immediately greeted by a brightness we did not expect, almost an embrace of natural light. The living room is spacious, and the feeling of airiness that we perceive is amplified by the large windows. They almost set no boundaries between inside and outside, and our gaze is captured by the wonderful visual continuity with the garden and beyond to the horizon line where the blue of the sea merges with the sky. To the side of the living area, the open kitchen, modern and perfectly equipped, integrates discreetly into the space; we already imagine it as the convivial heart of the house. Going upstairs, we discover the sleeping area. The three bedrooms are all generous in size and filled with the same abundance of natural light that we noticed downstairs, thanks to an orientation that seems to take advantage of every ray of sunlight. Each has its own personality and its own privileged view, which we discover with pleasure: one looks down on the peaceful garden, another gives us the thrill of waking up with a view of the sea, while the third opens onto one of the terraces, a private corner that immediately inspires tranquillity. There is also a further room on this floor, leading to the second and larger terrace; a space that invites us to imagine breakfast in the sun or moments of pure relaxation with the sea breeze. The bathrooms, spread over the floors, are finished in a modern, functional style. Going down to the basement, we find a ‘tavern’ that is not just an extra space, but a cosy and versatile environment. We immediately imagine it as the perfect retreat for the kids or a meeting place for the whole family, guaranteeing everyone their own space and privacy. Practicality is also perceived in the presence of the garage, with a convenient, exclusive access ramp; a detail that is anything but taken for granted at Lido and which we imagine will greatly simplify daily life. Returning outside to complete our visit, the garden is a real gem. We see it well cared for, full of life and colour, and the atmosphere one breathes is one of pure peace. It is not just a green space, it is an invitation to stop, to enjoy the quiet, to find intimacy after a day out. We easily imagine it as the setting for pleasant summer dinners with friends or simply as our own personal piece of paradise. As we leave this house, we are accompanied by the feeling of having discovered a place where modern comfort blends with the soul of the Lido, offering not just space but emotions. It is a property that promises a high quality of life, in a unique setting and with a view that, we are sure, will never cease to enchant.
