Lido di Venezia is the favourite seaside resort for Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the ‘belle epoque’ atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido is easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
