A city of workshops, cabinetmakers and carvers, Maglie's importance in past centuries is evident thanks in part to the beauty of the historic palaces that belonged to ancient noble families, with courtyards, gardens and elegant reception rooms. Certainly the property needs renovation work but, in general, the condition is very good.
