With a degree in International Hospitality Management from London, she honed her leadership skills in the luxury hotel sector, working with world-renowned brands like The Ritz-Carlton.

Her passion for strategic investment led her to specialize in advisory and procurement, helping developers and investors secure and optimize prime properties—from high-end residential estates to commercial assets like luxury hotels and trophy villas. Before joining Engel & Völkers, Marta spent nearly a decade as a top-tier Real Estate Consultant for prestigious global firms and later took on the role of Sales Director at a cutting-edge PropTech company.
