Nuno Fernandes

I was born in 1961 in Lisbon, where I graduated in Civil Engineering and worked for several American multinationals in the IT sector. I moved to the Algarve in 2000, at the age of 39, to start my own construction company and to develop a family project. During this time, I sold my own apartments and discovered my immense passion for the real estate sector.

Speaking English and French, in addition to my native language, has proven essential for the clear and precise communication I strive to have with clients. I joined the real estate industry in 2014 and have dedicated myself fully as a senior consultant at Engel & Völkers in Portimão for about six years, where my passion lies in providing clients with a comprehensive experience in their journey to find or sell a home, from the very first contact. My in-depth local knowledge certainly helps, with the Algarve being my second home, as I have roots in the Monchique mountains through my father's side.
