Rural tourism in Grândola

Grândola, is a village with much Alentejo soul, only 30 minutes from the beaches, where the serenity lives in. Located in this villa it’s a Rural Tourism with 70 ha composed by a dwelling set, two houses, warehouses and a event salon. The two houses was rebuild in 2001, equipped with air conditioning, heating, one of the houses has a basement with cellar. In outside it’s a garden, a salt water swimming-pool of 60 sqm, a porch and a bar. There is a pavilion with 350 sqm intended for event salon, horse boxes, a area with 64 ha, with a large area of pine, oaks over 50 years and recently planted 6 ha, oaks, orchard, vegetable garden, three lakes, 3 wells and 2 holes that feed the houses. The estate has the ability to grow in two directions: tourism option with the construction of housing units based on individual wooden houses (bungalows), a spa, canoe trips or gull water, a driving range or golf course, water park , among others, and as an agro forestry: planting mounted, vineyard, irrigated agriculture, etc.
