Vale Real is the newest area within Vale do Lobo, featuring larger plots (over 1500m²) and stunning views over the golf course. This area is set to benefit from future infrastructure developments, including a new hotel and residential project planned for the northern entrance to Vale do Lobo. Vale Real is an untouched oasis where the natural beauty blends seamlessly with the meticulously designed golf course, creating an exceptional setting for properties. Despite its peaceful atmosphere, Vale Real remains conveniently close to the beach, the tennis academy, and the vibrant Praça. Vale do Ténis

One of the oldest areas in Vale do Lobo, Vale das Mimosas continues to be highly desirable, with many of the properties having been modernised. Aldeia Sul

Aldeia Sul is a picturesque area characterised by Mediterranean-inspired architecture, featuring 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses set along narrow streets. This neighbourhood is particularly popular due to its proximity to both the Square and the beach. Many of the properties have been entirely renovated, offering comfortable holiday homes in a serene and tranquil environment.

Aldeia Norte

Aldeia Norte mirrors the charm of its southern counterpart, offering 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses. Avenida do Mar

Avenida do Mar is the main avenue of Vale do Lobo, running from the entrance roundabout to the Dona Filipa Hotel and towards the beach. Oceano Club

Encosta do Lobo

Perched on the hills, Encosta do Lobo offers panoramic views of Vale do Lobo, the resort, the ocean, and the lush greenery surrounding it. This non-gated urbanisation features a long road lined with approximately 14 large villas, several of which offer spectacular sea views. With no condominium fees, residents manage their own properties and security arrangements. Some plots in the area are still available for construction, with planning governed by the Loulé Council.

Quadradinhos

Situated near the main entrance to Vale do Lobo, Quadradinhos is technically not part of the resort, but rather classified as a housing estate. There are no annual community fees, and residents are responsible for their own services, including security, pool maintenance, and property management. Public areas and infrastructure are maintained by InfraLobo. Quadradinhos features around 47 standalone properties, as well as three apartment complexes: Jardins do Golfe, Golfe Jardins, and Vale San Antonio Apartments.
