With no condominium fees, residents manage their own properties and security arrangements. Some plots in the area are still available for construction, with planning governed by the Loulé Council.

Quadradinhos

Situated near the main entrance to Vale do Lobo, Quadradinhos is technically not part of the resort, but rather classified as a housing estate. There are no annual community fees, and residents are responsible for their own services, including security, pool maintenance, and property management. Public areas and infrastructure are maintained by InfraLobo. Quadradinhos features around 47 standalone properties, as well as three apartment complexes: Jardins do Golfe, Golfe Jardins, and Vale San Antonio Apartments.
