Two farms with organic olive production

Two picturesque small farms located in an idyllic area of Maldonado, characterized by rolling countryside that fades into the horizon. Each of these properties has 5 hectares; each was planted in 2013 with 900 olive trees of five Italian varieties: Frantonio, Canino, Maurino, Leccino and Coratina. Since 2022, the establishment has held the Organic Production Certification granted by Uruguay’s Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries, enabling the production of a unique olive oil, 100% organic and 100% of Italian origin. The particular features of each small farm are as follows: - Small farm 1: Has two water ponds, a water well, electrical connection, and a simple house, ideal for renovation. - Small farm 2: Has one water pond and a water well. Five rescued horses currently live on the small farms, adding special value to the property’s natural setting. The small farms may be sold together or separately; the published price is for both.
