ZIEL, Villa Biarritz – Type 02, 4-bedroom

Located across from Villa Biarritz Park and one block from the waterfront promenade, ZIEL is a development unlike anything seen so far in our city. With 4 underground levels and 14 residential levels, ZIEL will offer a relaxed and healthy lifestyle. It will have a total of 40 three- and four-bedroom units, with total areas between 151 m2 and 331 m2, and all will include a barbecue grill. In addition to its gardens, the list of amenities includes heated outdoor and indoor pools, gym, sauna, clubhouse, and a lounge area with a fire pit. Typology 02 (4bd) ZIEL’s 02 units are 3 and 4 bedrooms. The 4-bedroom units have a total area between 299 m2 and 331 m2, and consist of two suites, with one bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms and a guest toilet. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and faces the park, as do the living-dining room and the enclosed kitchen featured in this typology (see floor plans attached with the photos).
