Portion of villa with private garden

Leaving behind the liveliness of the Lido's beaches and the convenience of transport to the historic heart of Venice, we wander through the streets of the island. Accompanied by a pleasant sensation of peace and tranquillity, we walk along the quiet, secluded little street that leads to our property. We find it set in an early 20th-century villa, with an independent entrance that immediately leads us to a large, well-kept garden. This green space extends both to the front and to the rear of the villa. We cross the threshold and discover that the portion of the villa is on two levels, designed to be lived on independently. On the ground floor, a bright living room welcomes us, followed by a bathroom, a functional kitchen, a convivial dining room and a versatile room, whose view of the garden immediately gives us a feeling of serenity. Climbing the stairs, we notice a practical study in a corner. Arriving on the first floor, the layout of the spaces seems almost a reflection of the lower floor, but a pleasant surprise awaits us: a lovely little terrace. We look out onto it and linger long enough to appreciate the light sea breeze caressing our faces. This portion of the villa appears to us as a promise of unlimited moments of wellbeing and tranquillity, to be experienced alone or in the company of loved ones, just a few steps away from all the magical charms of the Venice Lido.
