CATALAN MASIA FROM THE XVI CENTURY IN MARESME

This beautiful 16th-century farmhouse has been a holiday residence for the Catalan bourgeoisie and has also housed several restaurants. Among them, "L' Esguard", one of the best stoves in the Maresme. This restaurant occupied this enclave for more than 10 years and run by Miquel Sánchez Romera, known as the doctor-cook, achieved a Michelin Star. It is a farmhouse that could house another hospitality project, a charming little hotel or become a spectacular home. Around 530 m2 spread over two buildings, enough to make any of these proposals a reality. On the estate there are two buildings surrounded by a 1,200 m2 garden with trees: the farmhouse and another smaller building. The main construction, the farmhouse, is oriented to the south and currently its layout is linked to the hotel industry. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, a cellar and two rooms. One of them with access to a small patio that could be a special corner where you can have the first coffee in the morning. The upper floor of the farmhouse invites you to enjoy the daylight hours in a cozy dining room with a terrace where you can spend delicious moments.
