Estate with infinity pool and view of Artà

The beautiful word "Lebensgefühl" comes to mind when you drive up the winding path to the country house: In front of the entrance, there is an open, central area that the builders jokingly call "our helicopter landing pad." And with the same sense of humor, appreciation for beautiful things, and life itself, you continue through a heavy door made of solid noble wood into the spacious, yet inviting hall of the house, which you can rightly call a small castle. In France, it would probably be a Chateau du Coeur, a castle of the heart… Behind every material decision made during construction in 2011/2012 lies the joy of using these materials—every day. Whether it's the illuminated built-in wardrobes made of high-quality old pine wood, the noble Marés stone or the marble in the bathroom, the indirect (and dimmable) lighting embedded in the walls and ceilings, or the veranda's rafters that cleverly look like wood yet never rot: everything here is thoughtfully and quality-made. By the way, only local Mallorcan companies were involved in the work here. The house has four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, of which each has a window with a fly screen that can be tilted open. All bedrooms have TV connections and are pre-installed for a central air conditioning system. In one of the bedrooms, there is a safe from the brand Fichet Bauche. The basement, which as a classic souterrain still receives daylight, contains, in addition to the garage (with direct access to the house), a wine refrigerator that makes every wine lover's eyes light up. It is the perfect complement to the large country-style kitchen, which opens to the covered banquet veranda, from where you can take a few steps into the garden and to the saltwater pool with an outdoor shower. A magnificent setting for culinary evenings, hosting culture, and spending time with family and friends. The underfloor heating is powered by an oil central heating system, and solar panels provide hot water. A private, approved well supplies the garden, house, and a water reserve through three cisterns, with the water for the house being filtered and descaled. The equipment for pool electrolysis is new! And the electricity comes from the town of Artà, which can also be seen from the upper terrace.
