Extraplane STONE shower trays feature slate edging, recessed fixtures, a wall-mounted shower head, and a single handle. Bathroom vanities are the LAFUENTE MODEL VERA 80-60cm WHITE (or similar). The electrical installation is rated at 9,200 watts. Collective antenna, FM, and telephone points comply with ICT regulations; TV and TF points also meet ICT standards. Air conditioning is pre-installed via ductwork, connecting the air handler and condenser using copper tubing. Forced extraction ventilation is in place, as per regulations. A video intercom with an in-unit monitor is included. Domestic hot water (DHW) is generated via aerothermal energy. Electric underfloor heating is installed in bathrooms. Kitchen cabinets are available in Matt White, Soft Black, or Vicenza Oak. Countertops come in White North, Zeus, or Grey Expo. Spotlights and LED strips illuminate common areas and the facade (as per project plans). Bathroom furniture and shower screens are included.

Very well connected by air: 40 km from El Altet Airport (Alicante) and 25 km south of San Javier Airport (Murcia).
