Historic building in the heart of the Old Town to renovate

The former hotel has a special historical value and dates back to 1900 according to the land register. It was an inn with a guesthouse at the beginning of the 20th century and was one of the pioneers of tourism. In the 1950s it was categorized as a hotel and is now waiting to be restored to the splendour and charm of the past. In addition to the numerous rooms, it hides elements of great architectural value, such as several hidden arches on the side façade that belonged to the old medieval oil market. The building no longer has a hotel licence, but now a detached house or several residential units could be built here. The history of the hotel is well known, but the story that awaits it in the future has yet to be told.
