The vehicles find space in a garage for two cars and a carport for four to five cars, and the courtyard additionally provides space for about ten more vehicles. As mentioned, the property is accessible via two driveways and covers a plot area of approximately 33,180 m². The main building offers a living area of approximately 335 m² plus about 12.42 m² of balcony and terrace. The guest house and pool house together offer a usable area of approximately 102.14 m². The total usable area of the estate is approximately 481.56 m². In 2015, the property was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber by the new owners and extensively renovated. Special care was taken to preserve the history and originality of this unique object. Technically, the estate was brought up to modern standards, and the ensemble was partially retrofitted with significant additional costs to create space for the new heating system and the accommodation of utility rooms. The formerly open and only covered connection between the main house and the servant's building was glazed and transformed into a magnificent additional dining room with an open fireplace – flooded with light like on a veranda. Inside, everything has been preserved in its original state and elaborately adapted: from practical wall units, cabinets, sideboards, and display cases, foldable tables to open fireplaces. Additionally, four custom-made fireplaces have been integrated into magnificent woodwork.
