It features home automation prepared for lighting, climate control, and security, integrated garden design and active shaded areas, exterior zones conceived as a livable extension of the home. “Villa Cárabo” is a single-family residential home organized on three floors that balance privacy, functionality, and enjoyment of the surroundings. The villa is entered on the first floor, which has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room, and private terrace, two additional bedrooms, each also with private bathroom and terrace. The ground floor offers an open-plan living-dining room with integrated kitchen, a guest bedroom with private bathroom, a courtesy restroom, a laundry room with patio access, a porch, barbecue area, and restroom. In the basement, we find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, wine cellar and storage room, facilities room, and technical laundry.
