Project: "Caminos Invisibles" – Phase 1 – Luxury Villas

Villa project in Alcaidesa, a privileged enclave facing the sea, next to the Parque Natural de los Alcornocales and facing the Strait of Gibraltar, where over a million birds cross to Europe year after year. This is an invitation to live in a place in contact with nature. The birds have traveled without any visa, in complete freedom, knowing no boundaries other than those of their own instinct. This wisdom has inspired the construction of these villas in this unique location, surrounded by this extraordinary environment. Cárabo, Cetia, Petrel, Fumarel among others, are some migratory species that have served as inspiration for naming the villas. “Villa Cárabo”,named after the majestic nocturnal bird that inhabits the forests of La Alcaidesa, is a new concept of home: integrated architecture, bioclimatic design, and a more conscious way of living. With nature as a constant stimulus, materials with reduced environmental impact have been used. The villa's staggered layout, adapted to the terrain, allows for enjoying wide views of the Mediterranean Sea in a natural and peaceful setting. It features home automation prepared for lighting, climate control, and security, integrated garden design and active shaded areas, exterior zones conceived as a livable extension of the home. “Villa Cárabo” is a single-family residential home organized on three floors that balance privacy, functionality, and enjoyment of the surroundings. The villa is entered on the first floor, which has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room, and private terrace, two additional bedrooms, each also with private bathroom and terrace. The ground floor offers an open-plan living-dining room with integrated kitchen, a guest bedroom with private bathroom, a courtesy restroom, a laundry room with patio access, a porch, barbecue area, and restroom. In the basement, we find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, wine cellar and storage room, facilities room, and technical laundry. We have a large garden on several levels, with a swimming pool with sun terrace, covered porches for dining and living, an exterior covered parking for 3 cars with individual electric charging, and landscaped areas. The materials and finishes are all chosen in collaboration with the renowned company Porcelanosa. The villa is currently under construction and delivery is scheduled for September 2026.
