What attracted you to the space on Kostnické Square?

Its spatial complexity, pleasant atmosphere, and the diversity of the surroundings.

How long have you been practicing Chinese medicine? Why did you expand your services from Brno to Prague, and why Žižkov?

I have been practicing Chinese medicine in Brno for 35 years, and since 2017, I have had a studio with employees. More and more clients from Prague started coming to our Brno studio, so we decided to get closer to them. Žižkov has a spirit of humanity and uniqueness, maintaining its diversity and attractiveness.

What types of services do you provide?

We offer acupuncture, therapeutic meridian massages, extensive diagnostics, and guidance for clients on healthy approaches to themselves and their lives.

 What is the interest in this field in the Czech Republic?

The interest in Chinese medicine is significant and continues to grow.

Who is your typical client?

 Typically women around 45 years old working as managers. They are usually perfectionists focused on performance.

What does a typical visit for someone interested in acupuncture look like, and how many sessions are usually needed?

During a typical visit, the client learns the cause of their issues and has their first contact with acupuncture, starting the process of addressing their problems. We discuss the expected course of care and provide initial recommendations for changes in their approach to themselves, both psychosomatically and physically.

What was your first meeting with Eliška Tichá like, and how did the collaboration proceed?

The first meeting with Eliška Tichá, as well as all others, was very warm and simultaneously of a high professional standard. The collaboration continued in the same manner, and I particularly value her human approach.

Are you planning to expand your space? If so, will you use Engel & Völkers' services again?

If the current trend continues and our clientele keeps growing, we plan to expand our services provided we can find enough skilled therapists. We would be glad to use the services of Engel & Völkers again, as we have had only the best experiences with them.
