Could you describe what kind of language teaching do you offer and for what age group?

Our language school specializes in teaching foreign languages, specifically English and French. Teaching takes place in small groups using modern methods and teaching materials. We offer courses for both adults and children from 4 years old.

What was the inspiration for founding the language school?

Many students come with a so-called language barrier. I often heard from new students: "I've been learning the language for a long time, but I can't converse." or "I understand everything, but when I start speaking English abroad, I immediately get lost." I decided to create an environment for students where they will learn real communication in a foreign language. That is why conversation is a fundamental element of our approach.

What are your qualifications and experience in language teaching?

I studied English and French philology at Charles University, I have more than 10 years of teaching experience, native speaker level certificates and CELTA accreditation.

Do you plan to offer the teaching of other languages or are you going to specialize only in English and French?

We plan to expand our offer, including not only additional language courses, but also specialized creative workshops such as the Writing Academy and Real Business English.

What were your ideas about the ideal space you were looking for?

For me, the priority was to find a spacious and sunny place in the city center with several rooms. Thanks to Engel & Völkers, we managed to find exactly the kind of spaces that correspond to our expectations.

The main reason for our decision was communication and great support from our real estate agent Eliška Tiché. Quick responses to our requests, friendly approach, certainty and support at all stages of the rental even after signing the contract are signs of high professionalism that cannot be overlooked. Also, the support and friendliness of the owners were important decisive aspects both for us and for our institution. Of course, other factors such as price and location also played a role.

We were very lucky to have come across the truly professional company Engel & Völkers. It was a difference from previous experiences, when most of our requests for premises were either not addressed by anyone, the answers came with a long delay, sometimes the communication was also unpleasant, or the offered space did not meet our requirements.
