Since 2025, Arijan Keshawarzian has strengthened the Engel & Völkers team in Bochum as an independent real estate consultant. He discovered his passion for real estate while assisting in the sale of a family home, gaining deeper insights into the industry.

His career began in 2021 at Engel & Völkers in Mallorca, where Arijan Keshawarzian worked for several years as a real estate consultant. There, he gained valuable international experience and learned the dynamics of a vibrant market. "Working in Mallorca was an exciting and educational time, where I learned a lot about the real estate market and dealing with diverse clients," he recalls.

At the end of 2024, Arijan Keshawarzian decided to return to Germany to be closer to his family. He remained loyal to Engel & Völkers and now brings his expertise to the Bochum real estate market. His current focus is on the Stiepel district, where he supports buyers and sellers with dedication.
