To me, real estate is more than property. It needs to work – spatially, atmospherically, and in everyday life. I value proportion, clean design and spaces that feel right. Good design isn’t an add-on – it’s the foundation of quality living.

Part of my work happens off the market. Through a well-established and diverse network, I have access to off-market properties – discreetly and selectively brokered, often before they become visible to others.
