When I joined Engel & Völkers in October 2004, the original idea was to gain sales experience after almost 15 years in the architecture sector and specialising in construction management, in order to use this additional know-how for the planned path into project development. As is so often the case in life, things turned out differently than planned. The Krefeld

Engel & Völkers office was only the 5th location in NRW at the time and the development of the location was gathering pace in Germany, Europe and even worldwide. The development in all areas of property marketing meant that we now operate three locations in Krefeld, Moers and Viersen under Günter Mehnert's former Krefeld Engel & Völkers licence.

Viersen under his management, which means that we now cover a large area of the left bank of the Lower Rhine. 

My main activity here relates to acquisition in the Viersen licence area, but also extends to the property shops in Krefeld and Moers in the event of property-specific issues or measures requiring support.

Unfortunately, in recent years there has not been much time left for my hobbies of football and politics, so I have reduced my activities in these areas to a minimum, but this does not mean that my interest in this area has diminished.
