Janina Engelbart

Janina's professional journey demonstrates her commitment and dedication to the region. After graduating from high school, Janina took a year off and then began her training with Engel & Völkers Berlin in the summer of 2021. Here, she acquired all the necessary skills for her role as an agent, gaining experience in various areas from project marketing to assisting at the Falkensee and Spandau locations.

With initial experience in property preparation, sales, and support in the rental team, she is a true all-rounder. Currently, Janina is working with the Spandau team to expand the rental department there and has already achieved her first successes within a few months.

A recommendation from a former neighbor, who was also employed at E&V, ultimately convinced Janina to pursue her training with Engel & Völkers. Since then, Janina has grown both personally and professionally and takes particular pride in her involvement in the successful rental of an apartment in the new development area on Parkstraße 27. During this time, she not only showcased her skills in client interactions and consultations but also celebrated her first contract signing. Alongside her training, she successfully completed an additional qualification as an "International Businesswoman" in London and is currently participating in further studies at the European Business School Berlin (EWF) to earn the degree "State-certified Business Economist (Bachelor Professional in Business)."
