Joana Schiwietz

Since August 2025, I have been undertaking my training as a real estate agent with Engel & Völkers. Prior to this, I spent six months working in the back office of a real estate agency, gaining valuable insights into various sectors of the real estate industry, from property management to customer service.

This experience has further strengthened my interest in real estate. I realized that I not only wanted to gain practical experience but also to understand the theoretical foundations and deepen my expertise, which motivated me to pursue this training.

Direct contact with clients brings me particular joy. Their wishes and needs are always my top priority. I look forward to further developing both professionally and personally at Engel & Völkers, actively supporting the team, and providing you with professional and dedicated advice in the future.
