Julius Grönner

Julius Grönner is a real estate advisor for the Bottrop area, combining in-depth expertise with many years of hands-on experience. His interest in property has been with him since 2018. Since then, he has been active in a family-run real estate environment, supporting acquisitions and lettings of residential and multi-family buildings, and gaining valuable insights through viewings and notary appointments.

Julius Grönner recently completed his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and is already pursuing a master’s degree with a focus on project development. He has also gained practical experience, including as a working student in the housing sector. This blend of academic training and early market exposure forms the foundation of his work at Engel & Völkers.

As a Bottrop native, Julius Grönner knows the region and its distinctive character in depth. For him, the Ruhr region stands for honesty, down-to-earth reliability, and solidarity—values that also shape his way of working. In his client relationships, he places great emphasis on professionalism, transparent communication, and advice on equal footing. His aim is to deliver real estate brokerage in a structured, quality-driven, and solution-oriented manner.

In his private life, Julius Grönner is athletically active. Tennis plays a special role, and he has also worked as a coach. Fitness training, swimming, and playing the piano are further ways he finds balance alongside his professional life.

His goal at Engel & Völkers is to continuously develop, take on responsibility, and, over the long term, translate the knowledge from his master’s program into practice. Above all, his focus is always on supporting clients with expertise and achieving sustainable results.
